Some of Hide designer Adrienne Herro's first memories are of playing in New York's Garment center, while her father worked as a pattern maker. Even then, she knew she was destined to become a unique voice in design.

Her eye turned to handbags during the 15 years she worked as a wardrobe stylist in New York and Los Angeles. Always in search of one-of-a-kind pieces with unusual character, Adrienne would scour the flea markets each weekend to unearth new treasures to add to her growing collection.

Inspired by the luxurious integrity of some of her favorite vintage pieces, Adrienne launched Hide in 2005 -- a collection of earthy, unique bags that stand a shoulder above the rest.

Adrienne combines the best Italian leathers and rich suede with cowhide accents and exotic skins. Her love for horseback riding inspires her signature braided handles -- homage to her riding reins.

Several basic shapes are available mixing different combinations and textures. Hide enjoys pairing textured skins with smooth leather in any way your imagination can come up with – and welcomes your custom orders.

The celebration of individuality is at the forefront of Hide's design concept.
